  • Collection of first month’s rent and deposit (to be passed to you for registration in an appropriate scheme)

  • Marketing – to include lettings particulars and website advertising including rightmove and Zoopla.
  • Accompanied Viewings
  • Tenant Referencing
  • Preparation of AST
  • Preparation of Schedule of Condition
  • Collection of Rent throughout the tenancy
  • Registration of Deposit with Deposit Protection Scheme
  • Checking in tenant with utility providers
  • Handling maintenance issues throughout the tenancy
  • Property inspections throughout the tenancy to check condition
  • Check out at end of tenancy and arranging for deposit release
