At this initial meeting we will provide you with an honest opinion of the value of the property and offer advice on how to maximise its sale potential. We will also be able provide Conveyancing Quotes and information about topical issues such as Home Information Packs.

Following this you will be left to decide whether or not you wish us to place the property on the market without any sales pressure.

Once marketing has begun, communication is the key both with prospective purchasers and, just as importantly, with you, the client. When so much is at stake and with emotions often running a little high we consider it absolutely vital that we not only work diligently on your behalf to secure a sale but that you know that we are doing so.

We will market your property at both a local and national level by using newspaper advertising, the internet, email, and text messaging. We believe, however, that whilst all these tools are important and must be utilised to their fullest potential, the most important asset we have are our staff. They have the excellent knowledge of the properties that we are marketing and the areas within which they are located. They will happily spend time discussing with you the merits of individual properties and will show you how to access our Home Navigator search facility so that you can find out even more information with regard to the local area such as proximity of schools… and you can even see an aerial view of particular properties and the area as a whole!

Once a sale is agreed we will have obligations to both buyer and seller, however you, as the seller, are our client and your interests are paramount.

Our in house sales progression department will liaise between the buyer, seller and their respective solicitors to ensure that the transaction is completed as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of all involved.
