We don’t just let and manage properties – we sell them too! So if you are looking to expand your portfolio or just want an up to date sales valuation for your properties, we are on hand to provide advice and assistance on all aspects.
We offer the traditional Let Only and Fully Managed services, however we appreciate that every Landlord is different so if your requirements are a little out of the ordinary e.g. if you want someone to only deal with the maintenance or just collect the rent, then we’d be happy to look at tailoring our service to meet your needs.
Regulated and Responsible
We are registered with the Property Redress Scheme. We are also a member of ARLA Propertymark so you can be confident that as well as being experienced, we are also answerable for our actions.
Austerberry is also a member of Propertymark’s Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme, which is a client money protection scheme. Our Client Money Handling Procedures are detailed here and you will find a copy of our CMP Certificate below.
