Granted, a lot of the work is in the hands of the solicitors but ensuring surveys are carried out, mortgage applications submitted, getting updates from other estate agents in a property chain and those crucial offer negotiations should anything arise after a sale has been agreed are fundamentals of estate agency.

We follow all our sales through from offer to completion as part of our selling service and with our experience and local knowledge our aim is to try and ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

We Only Get Paid on Results

We charge a fixed fee with no hidden extras. If you instruct us to market, then we’ll ask you to sign a Sole Agency Agreement which commits you to paying our fee on completion of the sale.

We work on a No Sale, No Fee basis meaning we only get paid once the sale completes. We don’t ask for an up front payment as we believe an estate agent should be paid based on their results.

Is an agent who has already had your money going to work as hard to find you a buyer? We think not.

The Best of Both Sales and Lettings

Because we also deal with property letting as well as sales, we can not only ensure that your property is promoted to our Landlord database if it has potential to be a rental investment, but if you might consider letting as an option too then we can offer a rental appraisal and will be more than happy to offer a property simultaneously to let and for sale if required. And if you are planning on renting yourself once your property is sold, we can help find you somewhere to move to.
